1965 427 Cobra Kirkham
Carol Shelby's little but fast roadster will forever be remembered. This is a beautiful replica by KIRKHAM Motorsport and as they put it "The most beautiful aluminium bodied replica. Period." This car has been completely built to be as close as it can to the original Cobra.
This little beast makes 500hp with a carburated V8. The engine was built by De Beste Motorsports, it is composed of a 427 FE Stroked to 452 Shelby aluminum block. All of this mated up to a Tremec TCO 600 5 speed manual transmission. This car defines track driving, it feel amazing revving this car thought the track.
The car is also equipped with a 42 gallon gas tank made completely of stainless steel. Avon radial tires to give it that classic look and to top it off it comes with 427 side pipes with headers polished. This is a car that can be taken to a car show then take it straight into the track and it will win prices at both.
Just like the original Cobra, the interior has only the essential, two awesome bucket seats, wooden steering wheel and all the gauges to be sure everything is running good. There inst any distraction from the road here, just get in turn the ignition and drive off.
